Muncher
Muncher is an app that assists people aged from 12-18 in building positive habits with spending money. The issue of money is a sensitive topic that has not been taught or discussed sufficiently at home or in school. Financial management, however, is an important life skill that affects people's lives in a consumer society. Essentially, it  involves managing desires, which can seem challenging and overwhelming. To make it more approachable for young users, the concept of this design is to create a 'wish granter' that records and manages youngsters' desires as wishes and helps them make those wishes come true. Ideally, they will develop a habit  of prioritising their desires and gain a sense of money management for spending wisely.
 
To make the habit-building process fun and engaging, Muncher operates in the form of a game with a reward system to enhance user engagement.  Among logo options, a mascot is the most suitable for creating a connection between users and the app. The overall aesthetics of Muncher feature playful, vibrant visuals and a clean and energetic colour palette, which is creating an easy and positive atmosphere aligning with the purpose.
